Mr. Skillman was wonderful to work with on my Custody Modification. He was very respectful of my time as a school teacher. Additionally, was very helpful considering I live 400 miles away in NC. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I did not write the original review however, I will say that I am not happy with his front office staff. Until I became a pest to the office did I feel like I was supported by my attorney. My attorney withdrew from my case when he saw a poor review. I will not use this firm again, I paid upfront and when I needed help the most I didn't feel supported. My biggest complaint is the lack off communication I received. It did improve at the very end his representation but once the review was seen by my attorney he dropped me as a client. There was no effort to rectify the situation or address it with me even though I told him I didn't know about the posted review at the time of the phone call notifying me he is withdrawing from my case.

Mr Bottner represented me for my divorce in 2012. I was so happy with the outcome that I am returning to him to discuss modifications because of my medical retirement from the military. 

The office staff is wonderful; very understanding, accommodating, and extremely friendly. They turn dealing with attorneys into a much less painful process. They are very much like family members.

I cannot say enough how good it has been for me to find this caliber of law office in a small town. Made me feel like I was dealing with the heavy hitters in a major city for a deeply discounted price. 

OUTSTANDING LAW FIRM!! I would most definitely recommend Mr. Bottner to anyone needing legal services in the panhandle of WV.
