Family is the key word to describe Boudreaux’s. Neal, Malissa and Justin are fantastic people and they make sure you are taken care of. I’ll have a 26kw whole home generator installed at my house and the process couldn’t have been easier, they’ve been helping folks all over South Louisiana stay powered. Dont wait if you’ve been wanting to get a generator at your house, make the call!

Boudreaux's is a family run business and I can tell you they really care about their customers.  If you are looking for a Home Generator and you want the best installation....call Boudreaux's.    VERY IMPRESSED!  Neal and the entire team will take care of you!

I was told that I should expect the installation in about one month when they did the estimate. They also emphasized a few times during the estimate and over the phone that they have the generators in stock. Given that the other contractor who did an estimate said that the wait is two month, I chose to go with the Boudreaux's. After I paid the deposit, they started to tell me that the rain pushes back their work a little bit. Now two months passed they still have no update. I definitely made the mistake not asking them to write down on the contract when they are going to do the installation. I will update how long the "rain pushback" is and how the job is.  They come out to install the switch and perform the gasline work after the response. The generator will be installed tomorrow. I am happy with their responses.

I purchased a Generac 22kw from them and after 8 months of waiting the unit came in. I had an issue scheduling installation on my day off Friday because their workers are off on Friday’s. Had not been told that when I ordered it. Then Got a call from Sarah that she would send her husband owner Neil to come install it so I didn’t have to take off work. I asked if they would replace a flood light fixture for me when I scheduled and she said yes. Owner installed Generac but claimed he didn’t have the tools to change the light fixture. Never offered to come back and never followed up with me. 7 months later I get a maintenance package option in the mail for $425.per year which is ridiculously high. So I decided I would change my oil filter, spark plugs myself  since my neighbor said you can do that just have them to set the valves I called Boudreaux’s electric spoke to Sarah for a price on coming to Thibodaux to set the values and she told me $300. Unbelievable, what a ripoff. I called Shockwave Electric who my neighbor uses , got a quote to set my valves and change the spark plugs for $100. and I didn’t even buy it from them. I’ll never use Boudreaux’s Electric again. Steer clear from this place. Response to reply- Melissa, I clearly stated when I called that the price for maintenance was too high $425. And I would be changing the oil, filter and spark plugs myself and wanted a quote on the valve adjustment only. You placed me on hold  then came back and said $300. I asked you again is that for valve adjustment only and you said yes. I actually had shockwave adjust the valves and  they offered me yearly maintenance  for $325  which is $100. Cheaper than what you offer and I didn’t e en purchase it from them.

Excellent service.  Within a week I had a working generator.

I live in Texas and was referred by a family member in Louisiana to Boudreaux Electrical Services. I made several phone calls for business and I finally received a call today for an appt. for a Tuesday. However, I received another saying that I will have to be re-schedule the following week and/or they will call with another appt when available. SMH.... Alert! 1 hour later  Flash Alert IMPORTANT READ I Well...I have to say I cover in my professional work over 1,000 employees  being a auditor and the response time to review was a 5 star!  I have a large social network and I going to change the response time to my review. I going to give Boudreaux Electrical Service  another opportunity due to situation in Louisiana. ⏰ Ticking....
