Bouilla is one of my favorite spots for lunch and dinner. Their menu is unique amongst restaurants in Hamilton. Nearly everything is made from scratch and everything I've ever had is delicious. Their sandwiches (particularly the BLT, and roast beef) are hearty, filling and very yummy. They always have interesting salads. They also have some vegetarian options which is nice. The decor in the restaurant is lovely, They have many plants in the windows and vines along the ceiling. The way the tables are arranged is comfortable. It's a great atmosphere for lunch or dinner. Bouilla has a nice variety of beers and wines as well as interesting teas and sodas, Lastly, the service is excellent. I have never had a complaint about any hostess or wait person at Bouilla. Bouilla is great for a lunch with friends, or a more dressy dinner. I would recommend Bouilla to anyone. It would be a great place to take business guests.

This place is fabulous! The evening's tapas are uniquely wonderful with flavors for every taste. There are a variety of hot dishes as well as cold with a weekly special. Taste, presentation and ambiance are all superb. The quality of the food is outstanding. While dining with my "foody" friends from Boise, they proclaimed this to be the best tapas restaurant they have experienced. Thank you, Bouilla.

No one once came and checked on us after our entrees were served. If they had I would have complained. My noodles were very undercooked, way far away from eldante, inedible. My sons bbq chicken was way over cooked, and only a butter knife to try to cut it. He literally spit out. The reciepes are good concepts poorly executed. I had to go up to the counter and ask to pay, over 50.00$ taking my kids home to make them dinner. No-one asked once if everything was ok. I don't usually complain at all.
