Every time I've gone here there's no more than a 5 min wait. Its the best place to come to get things done fast in boulder county! They deal with plates, titles, registration and vehicle sales. You have to go down to Iris Street to take care of your drivers license. Lots of bad reviews about the ladies that work there yet I've always had a great experience.

Came by around 4pm, 30 mins before close.  I took a number and was called just as I sat down in a chair.  Staff was knowledgable and helped me get CO tags on my AL car.  She even gave me some helpful tips that I didn't ask about.  In and out very quickly, just be sure to have all your paperwork in order; Emissions, current registration, CO insurance and Drivers License.  Very smooth and easy process; got my tags and plates on the spot.

Despite what the internet well tell you this is NOT a DMV. Started to read signs to see if this was the proper place to receive service. Was interrupted by an employee who told me to just take a ticket without listening to what I needed. Waited 45 minutes to be told that I was in the wrong location, and that I should have read the signs. I encourage the employees here to actually listen to people when they speak, then you could provide service instead of just bad attitude.

The woman I spoke with initially was rude and demeaning.  when I called back the next woman was nicer and more helpful.  Please help people trying to get their vehicles licensed in a kind way.  If you can't do it nicely please quit.
