Unnecessarily bureaucratic, helpful depending on the person you talk to and the type of day they are having, disparages against younger crowds, and rather greedy as an institution in totality.

Operator was extremely rude. Called asking to be connected to a specific party and the man I spoke with acted as if I was incredibly juvenile to be asking such a question. This was the third time that I had spoke to the man in a matter of two months and was very rude every single time I spoke with him.

It takes forever to even get anyone to talk to

I've been there twice and they had great service!  The first time I was just there for community service and it was excellent.  The second time I got a noise violation and the DA was pretty cool.

Will not return again but very satisfied.
