We stayed overnight for a concert in a nearby town. The bed was incredibly plush and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but the sink had too much water pressure and sprayed everywhere. We stayed in a corner room on the first floor with a beautiful view of a golf course. We never heard any other guests or noise at all. We will definitely stay at any Boulders Inn again.

Very nice clean motel. Beds are super comfortable, staff is very friendly. Rooms are decent size. The only thing that really could be improved is the showera didn't seem to have much for water pressure. Our room had a beautiful view of the golf course. We will definitely stay here again,

We had a wedding at Tournament Club of Iowa in September of 2016 so we naturally chose to have our guests stay at boulder inn and suites. We booked the entire hotel a year in advance but little did we know we were booking into our worst nightmare. • A large number of reservations were not ready and were wrong when our guests arrived – They all booked in advance but dealt with this for long periods of time upon arrival • Major problems with customer service getting calls and questions answered • Didn’t give our bridal party the suite they promised to get ready in after they made it a big deal to show her the bridal suite • For every mistake came with open blame on another person and inappropriate attitude • One of the employees at the front desk was over sharing personal information and constantly complaining and making guests uncomfortable • The water for bathing and showering was not hot • Breakfast one of the mornings was not ready and incomplete • We agreed with the hotel that if any rooms were not rented, we would have to pay for them. BUT they gave rooms away to guests outside of the wedding blocks behind our backs. In turn, this meant we had a handful of close family and friends stuck without rooms they were promised. So, they did not honor their agreement. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. And to top it all off, all of the problems happened in the week leading up and on the weekend of our wedding. Instead of focusing on enjoying the wedding, our families had to constantly put out fires and deal with these problems. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies and especially not to those having weddings here. The amount of stress that it caused my closest family members is simply not worth it. I strongly advise all wedding parties to seek other lodging.

This place is horrible, don't book anything here. Our family stayed here when we were in town for an event and we got called the cops on us. When we asked why the lady at the front desk an I quote said" because we were black" and than continue by saying she didn't care if she lost her job. Worse place ever and the worse experience we have ever gotten. If you are black or of any other race please stay clear of this place.

We stayed here because our wedding was in walking distance to this hotel. The service and hotel was terrible from lots of bugs and spiders in the room to telling the hotel staff that we wanted a different room and all they did was we will take note of the bugs and spiders. They didn't even respond to our request of a room change. If you stay get a second floor room. Just be warned that it looks really nice, but a lot of things would need to change to have this be a even a good hotel to recommend.
