Angel did such an amazing job. She's so sweet and for being there for 6 hours she made it go by so much faster. Other people there were also really friendly and talkative. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend.

I received a botched haircut on Saturday. It was bad enough for me to request a refund for the first time in my life. I called the office on Monday. At first, the receptionist was sweet and sounded like she was willing to work with me. I was on the phone four times on Monday with the salon to orchestrate the refund. I was told it would be between the stylist and me. Michelle's day back was Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning, told she'd be in at 11. Called at 11:15, told she'd be in at 12. I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting the run around. I drive up there at 12:30. Michelle says she can see the haircut is bad, but she can fix it. I'm not comfortable or confident in another haircut, so I insist on a refund. Michelle says she can't issue a refund. I insist. She say's she will text Ronda, the owner, and give the go ahead to issue the refund. My husband contacted Ronda, he found her cell number on Google because we were not given any way to contact her and had yet to hear from her over the two day ordeal, and she was not extremely helpful. Now I'm working on getting ahold of her and will insist on a refund. **EDIT: Today is Wednesday, I finally heard from Ronda. She requested that I delete my reviews in order to receive my refund. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Had this been remedied with professionalism and speed there would not have been an issue. I think that Michelle is likely a decent stylist that had a bad day, but the way this business is managed (which the stylist even complained about the ownership maintenance of the dryer and printer while I was standing there) is atrocious. I have yet to receive my refund.**  !!!! FINAL EDIT: Wednesday at 5:30pm, I received a refund in full. !!!!!!    Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Boulevard Salon and Spa.

The hair cut I got from Heather was great!  A first time customer I received a discount which is nice to have when you are trying a place out. Heather cut my hair with a great attitude and professionalism. Great job Heather!!!!
