I placed an order for Mothers Day flowers 2 weeks early told the shop it could be delivered any day the week leading up to Mothers Day. I checked with my Mom Friday night and the flowers had not arrived. I contacted shop Saturday morning and they had lost my order. When I place the order originally there was never a mention of a minimum dollar amount but I was told Saturday that it would be $45 plus $10 delivery. No problem I said as long as she gets it and it is pretty. She did get the flowers however what a disappointment. The arrangement consisted of 1 carnation 3 stems of daisy's (I'm being generous) and 2 little birds that looked like they had been through a hurricane a basket with no liner so when my Mom watered it the water ran out all over the table. I called first thing this morning (Monday) asked if it could be replace my Mom was coming to town so she could bring back the first one and it could save them an added trip to her home. I went on to ask if possibly the wrong arrangement had been sent. The owner told me that all the arrangements are the same on a holiday no matter what the cost. She then told me that if I didn't like the way they made there arrangements don't order from them again. She went on to tell me that she wouldn't charge me for this order. That is good I guess but my Mom gets a tiny little arrangement with dead flowers 2 old birds and a damaged dining room table for Mothers Day. So I most definitely will not use this shop again and do not recommend that anyone else does either. Very disappointing.

Its just like ebay-youre not gonna please everybody no matter how well you do.This florist really puts her heart and soul into her work.My lady is super picky and over time nothing makes her smile like she does when I get her flowers from here.Sometimes I have to live within my budget and get her a treat lower than Id like to spend.It doesnt matter-shes always overwhelmed.Thank you so much Boutique Florist

Boutique Florist saved my life when another florist in the area majorly let me down.. I was calling from London, England to order flowers for a friend who lived in Potsdam.. The other company screwed me around with delivery times and then failed to get anything there on the day of her birthday..
I rang up Boutique Florist at 16:30, and even though they weren't officially open, Mollie rushed into work from home to make an arrangement and delivered it to my friend's house with no fuss at the last minute.
