They were wonderful!  John showed up on-time and clearly assessed the problem and provided me with several options to resolve it.  The pricing was very reasonable and he was able to schedule me for 2 days out to do the repair.  He didn't try to sell me on more than was needed.  I am so impressed!  The office staff were friendly and helpful and called to remind me of the appointment.  I've worked with many contractors and have rarely been as impressed as I was with Bovio.

Needed to locate a reliable heating/cooling company to do annual tune-up.  I found Bovio via Angie's List and had them come out to check out my system.  The technician came within the time window promised, preceded by an email with the name and photo of the person who would be coming,  He was very courteous and professional and explained about the filter and replaced the filter for me (I had the filter already).
Very satisfied with the service.

Called Bovio over the weekend because my central air was sluggish, and was able to  schedule an appointment for the next business day. John B arrived on time and although he couldn't diagnose the problem at the first appointment (wasn't his fault, part of my unit was frozen and needed to be thawed for a proper diagnosis), he was also the technician who handled my follow up appointment and quickly diagnosed and treated the problem.  He took the time to explain the issue to me and didn't try to oversell me on any unnecessary work. My air is running perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my technician or with my overall experience with Bovio. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be happy to use them again!

First and foremost,  these guys have the absolutely lowest prices around & they back it up with great service, on time & high quality respectful personal.
We had a slight issue at first that lead to a change up in personal, but the way that they handled it all was just about seamless. 
These guys are without a doubt the team that you want, they can't be touched.
