I'm new to the area and wasn't sure where to take my car when my brake light went out. No one in town would see me until next week. I called Bowden St and they were very understanding and said it'd be a quick fix and that I could stop by. When I got to their store everyone was helpful and welcoming. My car was finished in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone and can now say I have a favorite automotive repair store in town. Will definitely return!

Loved the service! Excited to have found a good auto shop! The owner even took me to lunch and Food me good hotdogs! Amazing customer service! 5 stars!!!

I went to Bowden Street Automotive for the first time to get an oil change. The manager was very professional and friendly. The waiting area was very clean, and the work was done pretty quick. He had a few recommendations on future service, but I didn't feel pressured in any way that these needed attention ASAP. I will definitely go back for any service needed for my Pilot.

To be honest: I only went to them initially since they offered a coupon for NC State Inspection ;) I probably drove by their location a gazillion times, not even knowing, they existed. I wasn't sure, what to expect, since  I saw some older, negative reviews here. That and the fact that some places will try to sell you stuff you don't need just to pass inspection (or try to up-sell other services they offer). Not so with Aaron and his team! I felt welcome the moment I walked in, and there never was any pressure to buy or commit to anything! And the inspection was done in such a short period of time that I didn't even get a chance to finish setting up wifi on my laptop after pouring myself a coffee! All I have to say is: my experience was GREAT, and I highly recommend you checking them out. You won't regret it.

They made me feel valued as a customer. Outstanding service. Updated me several times during my visit so I knew exactly what was going on and a specific timeline to complete my repairs. I'd go far out of my way to give them my business again, but luckily I live nearby.
