Absolutely first class customer service! Some truly great people work here and they made the entire experience of the annual inspection/emissions etc simple, very quick and incredibly smooth!!!!

Terrible place to do business. Not friendly at all. In some respects rude as can be. My car broke down there late at night, and instead of letting me leave it there to be serviced they wanted me to pay them some absurd amount to get it towed by them off there property. I had to come back and roll it off there property. They lost the business of myself and countless others since.

I just want to thank Bob For everything.. The customer service is Right on. He was so very help full and went out of his way to make My family feel at ease when our van broke down on the way to our Family vacation. Anyone in the area has car problem  Go to Bowes Exxon car center Trust me i from Jersey and we dont trust anyone with our Cars but we felt Good leaven our car in their Hands
