After a late arrival in NC, we get to enjoy a COLD NIGHT.  Yes No heat.  I always use local businesses so I took a leap and called Bowen Heating and Air.  For an emergency call.  Sure enough, Lisa in the office got me on the route, and I welcomed AJ that morning..  A quick look and he had it nailed in 10 minutes.  Burners out, Cleaned, all put back together and tested.  WE HAD HEAT..  AJ advised of exactly what he was doing, How it worked, how often for a basic service and what may need doing next time arounds.  The fee was appropriate and good value and i shall be using these folks going forward.
I highly recommend Bowen, great office staff, awesome engineer, great price and great service.  Only five stars above, would give more.
