My husband and I walked in yesterday to have another silver charm soldered onto my bracelet. I had gotten this done in the past here, and it was so quick and easy, took less than 10 mins, and I have even recommended this place to the Bloomingdales Links of London sales associates. But NO! just NO NO NO NO NO! we walked in, this old blonde lady gets up from behind the counter to ask us very nicely what she can help us find. I told her I wanted the charm added, then she scoffed, SCOFFED!!! at me and told me no way, it can't be done. I asked why, thinking they've stopped the service, but instead she CONDESCENDINGLY asked why I couldn't tell it was so busy in her store that there is no way they would have time to service me. I was blown away by how rude she was. I was floored. I went in, looking forward to the friendly faces and service I had experienced before, but wow, not even an ounce of that. What's funny was seeing 3 sales associates standing around with nothing to do. One of them was the guy who soldered my charm last time. it's a shame the business would treat their customers this way. They make it hard for me to want to patron local businesses. I am never returning, will never recommend this place, and will tell everyone about my horrible experience.
