Story

The Bowersock Gallery was established in 2004 as a venue to encourage and explore a deeper interest and enjoyment for contemporary, modern, abstract and classical works of art. We are dedicated to being one of the foremost art galleries.

Our passion to serve our clients along with our commitment to foster an environment where inspiration can flourish, include portrait, landscape, still life, figurative, sculpture, photo realism and encaustic works, in diversified forms of visual expression.

Currently representing thirty established New England artists as well as emerging new artists, regionally and nationally recognized, whom are members of the Guild of Boston Artists, Copley Art Society, the National Sculpture Society and the Pastel Society of America.

What a great gallery with many of my favorite artists. One of the best in Provincetown. Mike was very friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely be back again.

This was my first time ever visiting Provincetown and Bowersock Gallery was my worst experience while there. Although the building and gallery is beautiful my interaction with a woman and a man who were working there was not. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. As a tourist and travel blogger I was photographing the exterior building for reference and they absolutely blew it out of proportion and verbally snapped at me. The man even went to the extreme of bringing in politics and other uncalled for rude remarks. There are many other galleries in Cape Cod to visit that are welcoming and polite to travelers. Avoid this one unless you want to feel degraded and unwelcome by the staff.

Excellent work on display here! The curators and staff are polite and professional. This is the quality of work and interactions that one would expect in Provincetown.
