They charge premium prices for sub-par service and food. I really enjoy bowling but not when they treat me like a burden. 

The facility itself seems well taken care of, they have an arcade area for kids and a couple pool tables. The lanes are well taken care of as well.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I have never been treated like such a burden before. On several occasions I asked the staff a question and was completely and blatantly ignored.

Overall the prices are pretty hard to swollow after the way they treated us. I would not recommend at all.

From start to finish felt like I was a burden. I reserved 3 lanes for a birthday party 4 days in advance. Reserving by phone was a pain, lady kept talking over when I was talking and also helping others at the desk and yelling into the phone.

Arrived early to let staff know that I'll be paying for everyone's shoes and bowling game. 12 adults and 4 kids all with rentals.
I ordered 4 pitchers of beer and 4 sodas. So it's pretty obvious I'm spending quite a bit of money here and I'm being overly nice because the lady at the front desk seems like she's stressed out. So I'm trying to make everything easier on her when people start showing up and want shoes.

Note: I came here for a birthday party a month prior and had such a fun time. At this previous party they had Pizza and this family ONLY eats Maxie's pizza so I figured it was just Maxie's pizza. Not knowing that the Bowladrome ALSO serves pizza.

So we start bowling and I have an order from Maxie's show up 45 minutes into our games. I pay the delivery and put the pizza on our table. 
The lady at the desk lets me know that we can't have outside food in the Bowladrome. I'm quite embarrassed because I didn't even think that the pizza was an issue because I thought the previous party I went to brought in Maxie's Pizza. So I ask her if I can pay $10 per pizza ($40) to allow me to feed the party of hungry kids and adults. I'm being overly nice again because, this is my mistake, but I also wasted $80 on pizza that we can't eat. She told me I had to take it out to my car. Unwilling to work with me in anyway.

I took the pizza outside to my car and cried because this whole bowling night was expensive and I was really trying to find a way we could solve the problem I created. I don't know, some people reading this may believe it's my fault for not asking prior to my party, but it was an honest mistake and I tried to offer $40 to fix the problem and the lady was just incredibly rude and unwilling to work with me in any way. 

I ended up spending $180 on just bowling games and shoes. Just left such a bad taste in my mouth that I spent so much there and had such an awful time. Just know you can't bring any outside food in because it'll have to be taken outside. 

The bar service was incredibly friendly and made sure we had beer and soda. Very fast service. Lady at the desk needs to understand that people come here to have fun, not feel like a burden from start to finish. Some things don't go planned how we want them to, doesn't mean we can't work together to fix the problem.

Horrible staff. Bitchy about my kids knocking down the rail and their stuff getting stuck because my 3 year old can't throw the ball hard enough. It was also $56.00 for us to bowl two games. Two games! For the money they are making off people you would think they would hire some people with good customer service. Seriously one of the worst bowling experiences of my life.

This is a huge bowling alley with lots of lanes, almost always busy but still have lanes left over so we could walk in and enjoy a couple rounds of bowling as a family.
