High Rollers Lounge is a great Cigar lounge with ample TVs and drinking options. Comfortable atmosphere and seating options. Highly recommend for a place to unwind, hang with friends or to watch Sports. Lounge is attached to King Pinz which is also great and more family centric.

The location is not bad, but the management is terrible. The reasoning of the manager is the same as the reasoning of a 5-year-old. The only way I'd go back with anyone is if the manager quits or gets fired. I don't know if his name is Mr. Pinz, or Penz, but he is about 5'4'' tall, or short depends on the mood at question. My recommendation is literally any other bowling place. 
This location is supposed to represent entertainment, but due to circumstances it represents a headache.

We have been coming here for years and while the food is always good, the service has been fairly hit or miss.  I came today and have to say everything was outstanding!  The waitstaff and the food was great and all of the workers were exceptionally friendly and kind to my son and I, especially while we were enjoying the arcade.  Friendly staff are always a way to get me to come back and spend more money and we certainly will be.  Thanks!

I've been too king pinz a few times, and I don't think I'll be back. If you want to go to improve your bowling, or even just bowl competitively this is not the place. There were little kids next to my lane who would use the ball guiding rack and then leave it in front of my lane. Staff nor their parents did anything. The lanes of the alley are much too dark and I found it hard to line up my ball. I bowl in a league at village lanes and would much rather go there considering that I can see where I'm throwing the ball. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it is clean and a comfortable place to hang out, just not good conditions to bowl well. The staff was fine and made sure I was comfortable and I did not have to wait for anything, but If you're looking for a place to practice bowling seriously, do not come here.
