We called ahead  almost 2 weeks to reserve 3 lanes, 2  for bumper bowling for the kids, one regular lane.  When we got there, we were told that we were mistaken and that there were no bumper lanes available, and our reservation was only for two lanes.  The lady behind the counter was completely oblivious to anything and of no help.  The older gentleman was rude, tried to tell us that we did not reserve what my wife and I both know what we called and asked for, and that we could have two regular lanes at price rates that we're different than what was quoted when we called. At this point we already had people there to bowl, so we decided to try and make the best of it and took two lanes and asked for the ramp for the kids to use.  It was apparent that the man behind the counter was aware of our frustration with the situation, but he made no attempt to offer a discount or any other recourse for their mistake, nor make an attempt to apologize.  His choice of words to us as customers was rude, and inconsiderate.  The whole ordeal was handled poorly considering there are three bowling allies in a smaller town and their competition was much more accommodating.  We will not be going back for our next outing and would not recommend this location to anyone.  I hope that in the future someone who is in charge will seek to make improvements in policy and staffing.

Friendly people and a fun cheaper place to go besides Diamond lanes. Higher prices. They play great music also. 👍👍👍😁
