As always, the sales and service departments of Bowser GMC both meets and exceeds my expectations with each sale and service visit.   They are genuinely committed to providing me with the vehicle that meets my needs!    Additionally, when my vehicle needs service, they happily accommodate my needs/circumstances.   When I need to take my vehicle in for service, the waiting room features many of the comforts of home.

The following justifies my five (5) star rating:
Shortly after purchasing a 2017 Buick Envision my engine light started coming on & off so I took it to the device department.  As luck would have it, when I pulled in to have it checked the light was off and the computer should no problem.  The service manager told me the next time it happens & I am in the area just pull in and they would immediately look at it.  As the engine light came on as instructed, I pulled into the service dept.and they immediately plugged in the computer, diagnosed the problem and began to corrected the problem.  They offered and provided me with a loaner car until the problem was corrected.  They conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner even though the service was unscheduled.  They seem more concerned with assisting me than they did about their schedule.  They convinced me that I had made the correct choice choosing Bowser as me dealer.
