Best campground at the Oregon dunes! Great prices and the camp host is great!

Camp ground is well maintained and the bathrooms and showers are nice as well. Fine access is great. My issue enlies with the camp hosts. Some ex-con wanna be badass with a horrible attitude. They have portable toilets onsite. I rode over on a quad in first gear applying the most limited amount of throttle possible. Guy proceeds to very hostily come over to my camp, get in my face and tell me i was doing 20 miles an hour and need to slow the hell down. The tone was completely uncalled for as i was not speeding and we had never had a discussion prior. I legitimately thought we were going to have to fight about it. Not the kind of treatment i would appreciate or tolerate to my paying customers

Site # 32 is practically in the road back to the bay view sites.  The dune is creeping in on the road and they still rent the site out anyway.  The very friendly and helpful camp host offered to put up some cones when the trafic from the weekend got heavy. We squeezed in and made it work. Hopefully no safety cones around our camp site will be necessary.  Showers are coin opp 25 cent, and very warm. Bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Overall a great spot, just a bit close to your neighbors unless they are in your party.

Just stopped by for a snack while on the dunes. Little store just the stuff you might need. Very nice campground for atvs
