I can't express my thanks enough to the kind hearted staff that stayed open late (10 minutes before closing) to take my husband in and treat him for a broken ankle. It's was so unnerving thinking that I'd either need to drive 1/2 an hour to an ER that would accept my insurance or wait until the next day to get in and see a doctor. They were all so great and we didn't feel like we were being rushed out the door, they took their time to make sure my husband got the care he needed.

We had such a great experience tonight with the Instacare in Brigham! They were so great with our 5yr old and his busted lip. They were quick and efficient without losing kindness and compassion.

We went here and had a very pleasant experience!  Staff was very caring and attentive, wasn't treated like a number.  Would recommend it to anyone!

New facility with full staffing is quite impressive and efficient.  Josh was pleasant as he entered  my insurance information into the computer on Tuesday around 12:30.  When he had all the info he needed (about 10-min) the nurse was ready to take my vitals and ask a few more questions about my health issue.  Maybe 5-min later the doctor came in and after listening to my lungs, ordered a chest x-ray.  Radiology was a short walk from the exam room and within 10-min I was back in the exam room.  Not long after the doctor was back to give me the results and write up the prescriptions, sending them directly to Walmart, as I requested.  And by the time we did some shopping the meds were ready to go.  Sure beats those long waits in the ER that the VA in SLC offers.
