This bsr is a dump! They let people get into fights and get assaulted and don't do nothing about it. Is dirty. There is no ventilation what do ever and roaches! If you like your health STAY AWAY!

By far, my favorite dive bar. Been a regular, but only every so often since i've become a parent. Cheap drinks, warm people, pool tables, and yes it does exist Friends!!, a smoking bar!

Boxers is a fun, friendly, freaky kind of neighborhood bar. It was a dive bar named Kornfeinds in years past. The kind of dark, quiet place where 3 or 4 old guys sat every day with A beer glass of Schmidts and a shot glass of cheap whiskey in front of them. Well the new owner, Mark , revamped  the joint and added many TV's, a small but decent menu of bar food, game machines of the Video poker type, a couple good pool tables, digital jukebox, and furnishings and decor from the "Sports Bars R' Us" store. A youngish entrepreneur and sports fanatic the owner envisioned a Sport Fans destination style business. The kind of place where dozens of people clad in $100 Majestic Team Jerseys gathered to watch the game. Thank goodness that never materialized. There are too many of those corporate soulless potato skin pushing establishments around already. Instead, organically it has become a unique place. The old shot and Schmidts dive darkness lurks just below the surface, like a lingering ghost that refuses to go into the light. However the partys on some nights are young and loud and crowded with new music blasting the juke and laughing and talking even louder. Then other nights are more middle age heavy with forever locals and older classic rockers and country boys hanging. Pool tables and game machines are the stars around which the planets revolve. All types and styles of regulars frequent this neighborhood and beyond base camp. There are Jersey clad football gamers mixed in somedays so the Sports bar vision is still in sight if you squint your eyes real hard like an old cement plant worker drunk on Shots and Schmidts would when he leaves the dark dive to go out into the bright sunlight.
