The food is good and the service is great....what isn't so great is watching the owner ruthlessly disciplining the staff, right in front of customers. After witnessing this for the fourth time in 4 subsequent visits, we vowed to never return. And we haven't. We choose as a family several years ago to not support this business unless it changed ownership. The young people who work there don't deserve to be spoken to that way and the customers don't deserve to witness such unprofessional business etiquette.

They've got the best burgers, fries and shakes! I always stop here whenever I'm in Parma.

The food here is not bad, as long as you don't mind waiting an hour to get it. I waited just under 1 hour in the drive thru to get my food, not worth the wait...
