Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carol Ann Hendrix and I recently became a co-owner of Boyd's Flowers as of May 1, 2017.  I have over 15 years of Floral Design Experience. I would appreciate anyone that has had a previous bad experience with Boyd's to give us another chance.  I have read each review here and have addressed these issues with the staff! I can assure you GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION  is my number one goal!!! Should you receive anything less than that please call me personally!! I couldn't be happier with my section of picking Boyds Flower shop!  They have delivered 3x for me on the last 3 weeks and I cannot say enough about the service and friendliness!  Its POSITIVELY OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE!   The kind you are in awe of!  The owner and her staff are absolutley the bomb!  They will be my flower shop as I continue to court the most beautiful woman in Mississippi!  Actually the world!  Call on theses people let them do your arrangements!  You will not be disappointed!

Customer service was great! I was called within an hour of placing my online order to see if a substitution could be made. The flowers were delivered the same morning. It is a gorgeous arrangement and still looking perfect 2 weeks later. People have commented that they can't believe how good the flowers still look. I will definitely use them again!

I have been using Boyd's for 25 years.  A couple of years ago it was sold to someone new and the quality did go down hill.  They have just hired a new florist designer and things are going better.  I will continue to use them.

I should have listened to the bad review that was left here but I still had hope. Spent almost $500 dollars on flowers for an event that our company was having and these flowers didn't even come close to looking like the flowers I saw online.  I ordered beautiful lively sunflowers but all I got was these small flowers that looked like they had been dead for over a week.  Very, very disappointed and disgusted that I payed that much for these flowers. I really wish I could put an image of how horrific these flowers looked, I'm not even exaggerating. 

Best of luck for anybody that orders flowers from here.
