There is one particular attendant that works the evening shifts that is particularly rude to non-native English speakers. My mother is a regular customer of this station because of its decent prices and availability of phone cards. She is an older lady in her 60s and has trouble with English, so she always brings an example of the phone card that she needs to purchase. However, this specific attendant forces her to repeatedly read the name of the card out to him while he holds the phone card in his hands!! He has even snatched the card and waved it in front of her to goad her into saying the name in English! Why would someone in service do this? We are not the only customers that he has harassed either as the neighborhood has many Spanish speaking locals who I have personally seen being harassed by him. We are Asian, so this harassment is targeted towards non-native speakers of English, obviously.

What a shame that such a toxic and disrespectful person is polluting this multi-ethnic neighborhood! The management needs to do something about him, or I will be reporting him and his behavior to the better business bureau.
