Gas prices here are always higher than the BP 2 blocks away next to McDonald's, don't even bother to stop here for gas. The staff here are next to none and not helpful. The customers here are some of the nastiest people you will see and are definitely not from this area, they're coming here for drug deals. Twice already I've been harassed by hoodrats high on weed and drunk on alcohol at this tiny corner as I walked home. The shop seems fit for Englewood, not Hyde Park: bulletproof glass and cashiers who will give you the stink eye for taking a few seconds more to put away your receipt. Warning for teens: The shop only allows up to 2 teens at a time out of fear that you will shoplift. This is due to the mass influx of black kids that come after school lets out for the day. As others have said, the service here is overpriced and not of good quality at all. Overall, 1/10: avoid this place unless you absolutely need to stop by.

Got my battery changed here and paid for an "electrical check." My car failed to start again 2 days later, and so I called for assistance, since the electrical check was supposed to give an indication of whether anything else was wrong. They offered to come check out the car again, but couldn't figure out what was wrong and then wanted to charge me for coming out to check on it and doing a second electrical check. Service was done in bad faith--would NOT recommend going here.

Great service and clean gas station. The employees are very kind and helpful. I have been coming to this station for many years, they have taken very good care of all my services and make sure to keep me up to date.

This place is always gross and most of the people working here are rude. Luckily there's BP gas station two blocks away. That's where I'll be going from now on.

They overcharged me for a repair, and then lost the key to my car. No one wanted to take responsibility. Major hassle, will not go back.
