Purchased the $14 Ultimate wash which is advertised to come with a vacuum token. Attendant said the token (costs $2 otherwise) is no longer included and that they hadn't updated their signage yet as you can see in the attached photo.  Separately they wouldn't exchange a handful of vacuum tokens I previously purchased. The new vacuum machines don't take tokens.  Unfortunately I won't be returning to this location for gas or anything. If I were a business owner I'd at least offer to turn the vacs on in this situation, especially for a customer who previously frequented here.

I did really like this Station, Used the car wash and it scratched my rin of my car the owner refused to even talk to me. I didn't exspect to get reimbursed for the repair but at least talk to me. Its sad ill never use that station or carwash again. I really liked it

This is a new truck wash in Waukesha WI. this is the first time I have cleaned my truck and came out dirtier than I went in. there was grease and oily dirt on the hoses and floor you could not keep it off the truck or your close and shoes. I had to have the floor of the truck cleaned and my cloths would not come clean. I went in to talk to the manager/ owner his opinion was that they clean it daily and that on the week end they sneak in to clean tar trucks. by the way this was on Friday afternoon when I was in the grease and tar.I guess they missed there nightly cleanings that week. I explained how dissatisfied I was and and I would never visit the place again. his comment was there are more customers he is the only truck wash for over thirty miles. NIce way to do business

Car wash down frequently, food not stocked, pumps down frequently, not maintained and very unclean. Convenient location is all you get.
