Buy a car wash at the pump, have to go inside because there is no receipt paper, wait in line to get the code, drive back to the car wash and have to shut the dumpster gates to enter, put in the code, the car wash is not on, reverse out, go back inside, ask for the refund, they expect you to wait in line again, tell them the car wash is off, but they say it is definitely on, been through there 30 times I know exactly how it works, but they insist you don't know what you're talking about. The old lady is rude and did not even offer an apology or say sorry. Poorest customer service ever.

Went for a car wash and was the WORST car wash ever!!! It was literally just a rinse, there was no soap what so ever. It had the weirdest mechanics where you line your tires up with the track and it pushed my car right through. It literally lasted about 5 seconds. Not kidding and there wasn't even a dryer! I went in for a refund to complain about it. The people gave me dirty looks. I did it a second time to see if it just malfunctioned, but it did the same thing so I braked and it stopped right after. They should call it a Rinse instead of wash, cause it did nothing to clean my car except spray water on it. I would not recommend getting a car wash there. Also, when I pulled my car up on the track, my tires slipped off immediately and it took a couple tries to actually get on the track. After that, it could've popped my tire.  I felt scared for my car and safety, plus I was aggravated and unsettled at the horrible job it did on my car. It costed $5 for the most horrible car wash in my life. I went to other gas stations with cheaper prices and better car washes than that.
