Terrible. Took car for inspection and oil change. Car started leaking oil immediately afterward. Took car to another mechanic (Rossyln Automotive) and they said the oil pan bolt was loose / missing washer and tightened it. Still leaked (because plug was replaced/missing washer) so I took it back to BP. They charged me full price for oil change because the oil leaked out while they were fixing their mistake and charged me for the bolt they lost/messed up. I argued and the guy took $10 off (which is the price you can get online for an oil change. I presented all paperwork and the guy would not acknowledge that they messed up.  AVOID THIS SERVICE STATION!

"Replaced" my brakes last year with McLean BP, when they started to squeak all over again. I was within the 12 month warranty service with BP McLean and brought my car to get their attention. They refused to warranty anything, saying (1) the technician who replaced the brakes has been fired, (2) the fired technician installed the wrong brakes using after market brakes, (3) the brakes work just fine and squeaking brakes are normal working brakes. Completely unreasonable people. Left me totally on my own and having to go the dealer. Bad.

Terrible oil pump at this has station. It has a long workflow the finally got the pump your gas not to mention convoluted.

We were forced to unexpectedly pop into McLean BP Service after puncturing our tire with a nail. Firestone and Goodyear were backed up and it would take all day. McLean BP Service was able to take us immediately, and had our tire patched in under 30 minutes for a very reasonable price ($20). Service was as pleasant as it was efficient. We were grateful and thrilled.
