I went to this gas station on 4/30 at around 8:20 PM. When I arrived, there was one other vehicle there. I went to one of the outside gas stations and received an error message. I asked the attendant what the problem was and his response was - Oh I closed it down early so I would have less to do when it closes. You have to use the inside. - Now this was irritating but Im thinking ok, Just go to the one on the inside. I get in the car, go to the inside pump and then try that one. I tried to enter my phone number but it said see cashier. I then AGAIN had to ask the attendant about whats wrong with the pump. His response was - try it again - so I did and still nothing. At this time, another car pulled up - he gets out of his car and the attendant is now telling the man the same thing, the outside isnt on, he has to drive to the inside pumps. The gentleman was older so perhaps he didnt hear or understand why in the inside pumps would be the only ones working. So he drove to another one on the outside. I told the guy sir, the attendant has closed the outside pumps and he would have to drive to the inside pumps. The older guy was just as irritated as I was and asked me was i serious, I had to tell him yes. So back to my rewards not working. The attendant tells me to back up to the other pump to try my rewards, now this would be my THIRD pump in this whole ridiculous experience, and of course, IT DOESNT WORK. So the attendant is like do you want me to try in here, I said no, I would really like to have not been so inconvenienced. So I left, I fully intend to call in the morning. Ive been going to this gas station for years and never seen anything so foolish. The sad part is, I had two cars that needed to be filled up for the weekend. A car and SUV that both use premium gas.... I now will be taking those vehicles elsewhere.

I've been going to Painter's Mill BP where Tom and Matt (RIP, Matt) have worked on my car for years. They are always honest, competitively priced, and do the work in a timely manner. I live downtown and will take the time to go to this shop even for my oil changes. I recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance or a car repair. You won't regret it.

It's not open Sunday nights and has no street lights nearby so can feel unsafe at night. Otherwise is a fine BP.

I started going to this station for general automotive repair a few years back, at the recommendation of a neighbor. Tom and his staff have always been reliable and honest. They won't work on anything without a thorough explanation of what is being done. His prices are competitive with other service stations and I never have been disappointed. You can go to the dealer and pay their outrageous pricing, but I prefer to send my business to the Pros at Painters Mill BP.
