The process was streamlined... yeah. The dealership was clean and sterile. The people in the showroom were polite and helpful. The car was not ready for leaving the lot. The gas tank was not full, the back seat was not clean and the alignment was significantly off. They simply did not perform an alignment of the car after taking it in on trade. Why?? They did not disclose that the previous owner hit a curb hard. They did show me the damaged rim. Granted I did not test drive the car before buying, that is my fault. they show have got the car ready. I had to press them for information as to why the car was steering so hard to 1 side. It was not until problems fixing did the truth surface. The service mangr was just a little rude to me about getting an alignment done for free. Talked down to me. Avoided my questions. It was not till he was having trouble fixing the issue that he took a softer line. It is better, but it is not fixed. I'm not going back to them. They don't know how to fix Chevys and don't want to based on that guy's attitude.

This is probably a very fine HONDA store being managed as unprofessionally by a General Manager (Mark) could possibly run a dealership. Lack of communication, distrust, and a total waste of time . I wouldn't recommend this HONDA dealer, for anything as their word has no value! Mark is too busy to confirm or deny an industry partner the time of day, when a vehicle is promised, and paid for, the check be returned without any communication, is EXACTLY why this industry struggles with INTEGRITY. Surely, there are better HONDA dealers to buy from!

Great experience - this was the first car we've bought in a few years. Jeanne was great and let us drive each trim level we were considering buying. She explained all of the features and how to operate each one. We read several negative reviews from what have been about previous owners because even the dealership was spic n' span clean. I appreciated how we were treated by everyone. Mike arranged fantastic financing that beat our bank rate too.The service departent was closed but Jeanne showed us the entire place. This is the place to buy a Honda. Great experience at Brad Deery Honda.

Will never go back. Bought my 2014 corolla there last spring, and was also offered a "complete coverage" warranty for 4 years for an extra $2,000- no deductible as long as I took it to them for fixes! A month after buying they sold and changed to "Brad Deery Honda." Took my car in for the first time and apparently since they changed name my "selling dealer" no longer exists and I am forced to pay the pricey deductible to my warranty even with them now. I understand that is the third party companies call but we were offered no compensation- no offer to cover part of the deductible or anything, plus you're telling me a month before you didn't know if any speculation of them selling? Feel very cheated. As a business owner myself I would never treat customers like this and I will never go back now recommend them to anyone again. With that being said I WILL say that their maintinence department did a great job working with us and getting us in to have my car fixed in a timely fashion. They also understood why we were upset.

Buyer Beware: Honda Deery selling lemons. Sales rep Lacey will smile right to your face as you're getting screwed. I just bought a car there, few days later noticed a few things so brought it to my mechanic. It has a bad tie rod and broken back coils, either could have caused a fatal accident. Also has a leaking gasket, total repairs are more then the cars value. Dealer refused every offer on my part to make it right including repairing the vehicle for a fair price and trading in.
