I've been a patient for years.  I have a chronic condition and he's always been attentive and encouraging. His staff have always been pleasant and accommodating.

Cancelled my appointment to go on his vacation and told them I would get back with them when a date works best for me, they refuse to reschedule another appointment and told me to go somewhere else.  When I asked for a referral they said any doctor is good and would not see me.  Do not waste your time with this doctor, go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration and headache.  Rude staff.

It's not until you fill out the paperwork and make it to an exam room that you'll be informed Dr. Liston will not see you. Cut to the chase and hit the urgent care across the street.

My mother went to see this doctor three years ago because she thought she had Pleurisy. Dr. Liston alluded that he thought she was after painkillers so he sent her home. My mother checked herself into the ER and was diagnosed with viral pneumonia. 

Recently, my mother had to see him for an infection as a follow-up after being treated at the ER. His staff was extremely rude to her about the fact that she hasn't seen him in three years and they're "not normally in the practice of seeing patients that have been seen by other doctors." No one at his office bothered to draw blood to see if my mother's infection had subsided, he simply released her with one glance. His staff also advised my mother that they do not prescribe painkillers, which seems odd considering that's the second time they've alluded to my mother being addicted to painkillers despite having medical evidence she has an ailment.

I have been seeing Dr Liston over the last 4 years.  He and his staff have never been less than outstanding in their service and treatment.  Even while I was working in Africa he and his staff bent over backwards to help me.  Without question the best Doctor I have used in 40 years of adulthood.
