Brad Phelps State Farm is a top quality place when it comes to your insurance needs. Before I was in the insurance business everything insurance lingo was super confusing to me. Brad's staff is incredibly patient, understand, and always there to help with your insurance and financial needs. I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to work there and Brad gave me the opportunity to join them. If you are ever looking for a place you can rely on and trust with things this important....look no further :)

Brad Phelps State Farm offers the absolute best experience imaginable when it comes to all of my insurance and financial needs. They offer an incredibly wide range of products and have first class knowledge in all of them. Beyond that the customer service and care in which they serve you is top notch. You can't go wrong with this agency. I specifically want to mention the girl at the front desk. Her name is Bethany and she personifies perfect customer service. No one will help you and treat you as well as she does! You guys keep doing what your doing! Can't wait to stop in and see the new building!

I loved the new receptionist and how professional she was when handling my request. She was very efficient in getting me in and out while providing me with the highest level of quality customer service. You guys are lucky to have someone like her to direct and regulate the customer flow within the office. Great job!

I love Brad Phelps office!! Everyone in there is very professional and polite. Once you come there everyone remembers you by name and special details so you feel almost like family. I love Jan she is the best. Jan goes above and beyond to help and will alway call to check on you or if she has more important information to help you better your future in anyway with State Farm.
