Went to them with a non major transmission issue at the time and was told "they'll pass" on working on it because some other mechanic had worked on it before (vehicle has 180k mi, I hope it's been serviced in that time). One week later before I could find another reputable shop locally, transmission completely burnt up all clutch packs, Torque converter was  ruined and needed to replace entire thing. A $6-700 job ended up costing me 10x that.

Brads does fantastic work.  They were recommended to my by a friend to do some repair work, and it’s nice to have a mechanic that you can trust.  Thank you Brad.

The reviews say this place is honest...ha!  Would you be upset is you got quoted 1 1/2 hours labor on your estimate to install a car part and then it only took them 15 minutes.  You get your bill and the 1 1/2 hours charge is the same.  What a rip-off!!  They basically said, pay the bill...no adjusting the amount...thanks thieves...never again!
