Prompt, courteous, and great staff! They were very helpful and got us back to enjoying our vacation within an hour!! Can't believe some of the reviews, these folks work 12 hours a day and devote their lives to help others feel better...Thank you for all that you do!~

We were visiting Anna Maria island. My daughter had an ear infection.  The nurse was very attentive and we were impressed with the Doctor.  A very friendly and supportive service.

Our visit started by being told they do not take our insurance. That is a health care issue not an issue with this facility. While my wife filled out the paperwork I read some reviews. The negative reviews made me uneasy. After our visit I was very happy with my son's care. The receptionist was pleasant as was the nurse. The Dr came in rather quickly and was very thorough. Being in from out of town with a sick child is scary and all in all it was a good visit.

This place is a joke. I've been many times never thought they were incredibly thorough but I never had an issue so I returned out of convinence. This past visit the PA working misdiagnosed an infection in my leg told me it wasn't contagious and gave me some amoxicillin. I felt so horrible still the next day I decided to go get a second opinion from my now regular doctor and turned out I had MRSA! Incredibly dangerous and contagious! I was livid considering I have a two year old in the house. She also touched it with her bare hands and since nothing can kill it but bleach I imagine that probably wasn't proper protocol and I sure hope she didn't pass it on to anyone. I would steer clear of this place.. so disappointed.

Don't know the doctors name but everyone who's allergic to penicillin watch out. He doesnt believe anyone in his "30 years experience" is allergic to penicillin because he's never heard of that before. I call b.s. on that I have 4 people in family and friends who are allergic to it that they will swell up or die. So don't go here he's goin to kill someone by misdiagnosis and giving them something they can't have. I went once and he kept saying I had mono which I didn't. Be careful and check your meds and don't let them give you something you can't have if you have to go here.
