A trip back in time...... Although they have a fabulous view and location, the rooms are old, out-dated, run down and not terribly clean. They say non-smoking, yet allow people to smoke on the balconies/patios right outside of the rooms. There are 'butt stations' affixed to the building every few rooms. Gross! Our room had a very bad odor.....like BO! The halls and deck ways were littered, the pool area had leaves in and around the pool. The furniture in the room looked like it may have come over on the Mayflower.....will not be back! So disappointed.....

Great location! Right in the middle of the main strip. Great view, you must get ocean view room. You can't ask for a better location, but that being said this place is outdated looks like a 70's era motel. Outside corridors instead of balconies. You can pull a chair out and sit out there. Bathrooms are extremely small. We rented a suit. It was just 2 adjoining rooms with one set up with couch and chairs. Was hoping for large shower and/or whirlpool tub. No, just small tub with shower. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Front desk closes at 10:00. So if you want a great location but aren't fussy about accomodations rent here and get an ocean view room.

We arrived well after check in hours ended due to a mistake on our part. The staff member that went out of her way to get us into our room was much friendlier than I would have been at that time of night. Much appreciated!

The location is great. The room is clean and comfortable. All in all it was a good experience.

It was relatively inexpensive for the location right near Plymouth Rock and it showed. It's the first hotel in years I've been to that still has actual keys, that's not a bad thing. The room was old but clean. It felt like an older motel but was in a place where you're not necessarily planning on spending a lot of time in the room. The bathroom was clean and everything functioned properly. The soap that was provided wasn't great and my biggest complaint was the sheets (the blanket in particular) wasn't very soft and comfortable, it was a little rough and scratchy. It was comfortable enough for me to fall asleep in though after some heavy drinking at a wedding nearby.
