Stumbled onto this place while attending a hockey game.  Local watering hole right across from the arena with good drink prices. The owner bought us a pitcher and was super friendly. 

 However, this is hardly a "cafe".  Does not have a true kitchen.  Bottom line this is a great local bar but I would eat elsewhere.

Mike Quirk makes a drink like no other and if you're lucky he will dance on the bar like a lady.   A true Providence Gem, great people, great drinks and an awesome juke box! Best prices, friendly crowd..
