It was a pleasure to have Mike B. come to our home and change some kitchen plumbing. Not only was he on time ( a rarity in some trades ) but he clearly explained our options which lead us to an optimal solution. Thanks Mike for being thorough and professional. We will gladly request Mike for all of our future plumbing needs.

They installed the system in our home several years before we bought it, and the previous owners passed along the remainder of their service contract with Bradley Mechanical. When they came to do the their last contracted service, I was really impressed with how thorough they were. And the tech was very knowledgable and willing to answer my many questions. We're in our 3rd year as customers and they have always responded quickly to the minor issues we've encountered.

Jaron was very helpful through the decision making process, answered all my questions professionally and courteously. Great Salesman. Tony and Josh who did the installation were very professional, asked for permission to enter house, explained anything out of the ordinary, even wore booties while inside the house, and cleaned up behind themselves when done. The entire sale and installation was a very good experience. I would recommend Bradley Mechanical to anyone.

My wife and I called about a problem with the AC,and Jessica answered the phone like she cared about who was on the other end( very professional ). She took down the info and even checked to see if our units still had a factory warranty(they did). The appointment was scheduled and Ethan showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and he was very thorough I might add. Parts were ordered and appointment schedule But Ethan wasn't available on the day we were but Steven was. Steven showed up on time introduced himself and went over with us to confirm the service order and went to work. Steven even put on floor protectors over his boots when he came inside the house even though the boots were clean ( impressed us). We would recommend Bradley Mechanical to anyone looking for and old fashion do it right, customer first company. 5 star to all at Bradley Mechanical. Amelia Va.

Mikes Bates is excellent! He has been to our home at every stage of the renovation of both our bath and kitchen. And with each visit he has exceeded expectations. We will continue to recommend his services. Thanks Mike!
