Here at Bradley Wellness Center, we want you to fall in love with taking care of you. Your mind, body and spirit! We offer more than 100 classes each week to help you get to where you want to be.
BWC is happy to offer FREE child care for 6 months-11 years old, we also host Kids Day's, Daddy Daughter Dances, Muffins with Mom and other Camps or events!
If you’re looking to gain muscle our strength training equipment and free weights are located in multiple areas of the gym to ensure you have options at any time of day!
BWC has Certified Personal Trainers who are here to help you! Ask about our FREE SLED program that is a 3 month customized plan to help you get Stronger Leaner Every Day!

Best gym in town!! Bradley Wellness Center has something for everyone! Between classes that my parents can participate in, programs for my children, great workout floor and weight room for my husband and exciting fitness classes for me, this place has it all! We enjoy the pool, the outdoor track and the staff at BWC. My children love the Kids Staff and I trust them fully while we workout. We wouldn't choose any other gym in town!

Love this place. I really appreciate the attitudes of the staff. They are very helpful with you. They show you the correct way to use the equipment and work with you on a workout that will benefit you and your limits. The place is very well maintained. The showers are clean and have excellent water pressure. I love the sauna and steam room. I have been coming to this place off/on since 1997.

Although Bradley Wellness Center is designed and operated for outpatient rehabilitation, it is also a fitness and exercise center that includes handball and basketball courts, a swimming pool, and classrooms for weight loss meal preparations / healthy eating classes, as well as a cardiac rehabilitation unit separate from the regular exercise equipment that is staffed with nursing professionals and equipped with oxygen, heart monitoring, and emergency equipment in addition to cardiac exercise machines.

All this and you can get a membership without being an outpatient or under a doctor's care (like joining a regular gym), too.

This is the best place to workout. The staff if very helpful to all your needs. Always a very neat and clean facility
