Atrocious service. I ordered 17 shirts and sent them a design. Not only did they change my design without my permission, they also manage to miss 2 shirts upon pick up. Did not seem to have any sort of record keeping, every time I call I have to give them information all over again. Despite paying for the initial deposit of 50% total cost, they charged me full price on pick up. If I did not have my receipt with me, they would have charged me 150%. Again, I did not see any sort of record keeping. When I found out I'm missing two shirts, I called and again they had to take my phone number down (for the 4th time, no record keeping). I needed all of these shirts for an event today, but despite the fact that they screwed up my order, I had to be on their timeline and fit into their schedule. I would not go back to them again, and I would strongly caution you to as well. Update: They officially tell me that they don't have sizes to complete my order. Shouldn't they have checked their stock for my order or ordered enough? Extremely frustrating experience.
