This was my second service from Brahler's, the first a year ago for restoration following water that seeped into ground floor rooms following torrential early morning rain.  Once called, techs arrived within a few hours, pulled carpeting away from walls and placed fans to dry the areas.  Speedy, follow up to check progress as promised and the fans were removed when the floor and carpeting were dry.  

I received a call from Brahler's a week or two ago, reminding me of their work described above and saying they are available for carpet cleaning as well as restoration.  I'd been thinking of having carpet and upholstered furniture cleaned, and their call was the incentive to do it now.

If I could rate the company above a 5-star, I would.  Before the appointment, lamps, end tables, coffee table, and other items that could be taken from the carpeted rooms were removed. The two-person crew called when they left their prior appointment and arrived at my condo at the appointed time.  I reviewed with the lead tech what I wanted, answered a few questions to confirm all tasks, and specifically pointed out two *old* stains that previous cleaning companies had failed to remove.  

Then I got out of the way.  Three and a half hours later, they were done.  The lead tech said the upholstery would dry quickly, but the carpeting could take 12 to 24 hours.

This morning, 16 hours later, I found the upholstery and carpeting dry.  Those two stains I pointed out are gone!  The furniture and carpeting are 12 years old and it all looks new, refreshed.  I am over the moon happy with the results and the professional handling of my carpet and upholstery cleaning from placing the order to waving good-bye to the techs!

Other companies may be able to do the work for less, but, in my opinion, they won't be able to do it better.

Unreal, the charges they made (of course they thought insurance would just pay) were unreasonable and many charges were not even done. 

Cody, did not keep me up to date with charges or billing (and now that I have found did not inform their accountant who threatened me). 

I was billed and threatened with collection while waiting on payment from my insurance company. While waiting I found over $1000 in charges that were made to me/insurance that were not performed. 

I had done business with this company prior with only small issues, so I though I would use a local business again...

Todd and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I worked with them on a restoration project and they were very professional. Todd is a great guy and easy to talk with. Seemed to have a lot of knowledge and experience. Thanks!

I have worked with Brahlers on two different occasions and they have always been great to work with. Their team is always very knowledgeable,  prompt and honest.  I have been overly satisfied on both occasions and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any remodeling, restoration or cleaning job you may have!!

Their salesman, Cody was extremely unreliable. On two separate jobs he gave me specific timelines and did not follow through. The second job I found another company to complete in the three week period it took Cody to get me a quote. Which he finally sent after I had to email the owner.

I explained how poor the follow up and scheduling was to the owner Todd, but he just made excuses for the miscommunication, and nothing changed.

Also, quote was over $1k more than larger company that gave me quote the same day they came out.
