I purchased a lawn mower and had fantastic service. I received great insight to the selection and they filled my new mower with gas and oil. We took it for a test run before I left. They also helped me load and unload my old mower and the new one along with a generator I left for repair. That took a week, but I told them there was no hurry. When I called to tell them I was going to pick it up, they offered me one of their trailers on loan to haul it back home. This was my first time with this company and as of right now I plan on doing all my business here.

Brainerd Country Power is the very best and I have had many tuneups and repairs done here over the years. Excellent service and quality work. All of the repairs were done within 24 hours. I would like to respond to the folks that think they can bring a item that is not worth fixing to a dealer and expect to have the Technician look at it for free and give free estimates.; This Technician is hourly at $80.00 per hour. In order for him to remain employed he has to produce. . For the customer below Tecumseh has been out of business for a long time. I asked the owner how many Service Repairs are done each year at Brainerd Country Power and he said it goes way into the thousands.

Gary Scheeler owner of Brainerd Country Power Equipment has now retired and sold BCPE to M&M Express Sales & Service on March 13, 2015. M&M Express Sales & Service will open on April 1st 2015 at the same location. They have retained all employees from BCPE. M&M Express Sales & Service will also carry the same product lines and add some new ones. Gary Scheeler wants to thank everyone for all of their business and support through out the years of operation. I was truly blessed.

Brought my tiller in for inspection for repair. It took a week and a half for them to tell me that there suggestion was to buy a new motor to replace the old one. Cost would be $500 to $600 with instillation and shipping. A new comparable tiller (same brand) would be $799. So I told them no thanks. They then charged me $38 for the inspection which was with a camera slid down the oil fill tube. # one that can't take more than 5 minutes. #2 what is your labor rate per hour. Must be $400 plus per hour. They also told me that they could not get a Tecumseh engine, which I found online for $250 within 5 minutes of searching. Overall I am very disappointed and am going to make it a point to tell as many of my friends about my bad experience and tell them to tell there friends. I hope Brainerd Country Power Equipment loses 100 fold in lost business compared to what my repair bill was.
