I can't get over how pleasantly surprised I was with my visit to the Brainerd VA Med Center today.  I was literally "wowed" by the entire experience.  I genuinely liked each member on the staff.  I saw smiles, heard warm greetings, progressed through the appointments ahead of time, and to top it all off, the coffee was even outstanding.  Great job Brainerd VA Med Center you are an example of the way it should be.  A special thanks to Dr. Nguyen, who even took the time to personally call me and review my lab findings, some of which had me concerned.  I will sleep better tonight knowing that my health is in skilled hands. I am impressed.
