I had done business with Lora for approximately eleven years. Around 2008, I had received a notice in the mail from her around tax time. She had moved her office to a new location, where it is now. A few weeks after receiving her notice, I left a message on her voice mail during regular business hours, regarding a question concerning my taxes. After a few days with no answer, I called again. Again, I was left with leaving a message on her voice mail. After about a week with no answer from her, I decided to have my taxes done elsewhere.

She was always quick to return my calls in the past, when her office was located elsewhere. However and again when she moved, I could never get in touch with her. If she simply would of contacted me via e-mail, a phone call or U.S. Mail with her decision not to have me as her client, that would of been fine. However and to this day, I found it unprofessional for her to ignore me during the tax season. Every year, she was paid promptly, when I received a bill from her.

I would not recommend her to anyone. Especially, if you are looking for a long term professional relationship with a C.P.A.
