I found the visit pleasant, as pleasant as can be for a US funeral parlor. The business aspects were completely absent from the experience, which allowed family and friends to concentrate on speaking with each other and grieving. The management did a wonderful job of doing everything they do completely in the background, leaving a comfortable and respectful environment for family and friends.

I am more than happy to express our famil's gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the entire staff at Branch Funeral Home. Outstanding professionalism was their hallmark, extending back several years to when we preplanned the final arrangements for my wife's mother. Our funeral director, Patrick, and everyone who supported him, did not just meet our every need, they anticipated them. This included a wide variety of details and thoughtful touches that we had never even considered. Branch simply could not have done more to ease our burdens or comfort our family during this difficult time.

In our hours of grief over the passing of our Mother, Branch Funeral Home was so compassionate, considerate and accommodating to my family. They guided us with kindness and patience.. We are so very grateful for the outstanding service they provided to our entire family during our time of need.
