Carissa and Albert were a dream to work with. Warm, gracious and extremely knowledgeable, they took care of a hundred different details so we didn't have to--from hiring a staging company to arranging for minor repairs to recommending a terrific attorney to close the sale. Their savvy pricing strategy got us multiple offers and the condo sold for more than we ever thought possible. All in all, what might have been quite a challenging process ended up being smooth and effortless from our perspective.

I had the good fortune of being introduced to Albert during what at the time was less than ideal circumstances. My previous property management company was closing up shop just as my Boston property was coming up for rent. It was the middle of the summer and with the Sept. rental market looming the prospects of finding a tenant, let alone getting a at or above market rate, were challenged to say the least.  

Having not even met Albert yet in person (as I live in Shanghai, China) he set out to work immediately and quickly located and vetted a strong prospective tenant at a market rate. He closed the deal quickly after a full background and credit check getting the place occupied quickly.  He was able to keep the tenants in the place for over 1.5 years until such time as I elected to put the place on the market.

I hired Albert to represent the sale of my property and he managed the exit of the current tenants, the prep of the place to hit the market and secured a full asking price, cash sale within 5 days of listing and in Sept. no less.  I was extremely impressed by Albert's maturity, professionalism and responsiveness to all my inquiries. I would strongly recommend Albert's services for either property management or to represent you in the sale of your property.
