When it comes down to onestop (which is VA services) if I could give them -3 stars, I would. First, I went in and they told me everything was in line for me to receive my benefits then I try calling them to get help with getting my veteran benefits because I had not gotten any email from the VA saying that they sent my schedule off and would be getting my benefits. no answer. I left messages, no response. Mind you they say this school is for working adults, therefore I work and don't have time to just drop what I'm doing to go into the school. I had to call the head advisor to get them to call me back and even after that, they still didn't call! I called them! Upon finally getting in contact with them, they don't mention one thing about me needing to send them anything. a week later, I get an email stating I need to send them these things. THEN, i send them and somehow, they've never received them. When I emailed them, I'm getting short responses as if the person behind the computer has an issue with doing their job! communication is just absolutely terrible and to think i'd have to deal with this every new semester. every 8 weeks! smh. I'll pass. I registered for classes for summer 2 in MAY. it is mid july, semester started a month ago... and they haven't sent off not one thing to the VA. INCOMPETENT. and I don't recommend any veteran to go to this campus. SECONDLY, i was lied to about a class by an advisor, I am not the only one who said this either.
