We are so happy with Brandon Heating & Air after researching companies for six months.  The professionalism began with Adam assessing our home and further explaining the Mitsubishi mini-split system we wanted.  There were unresolved issues with the other companies we talked to which Adam figured out giving us the confidence in choosing Brandon. The technicians were incredibly experienced (Willis, Shawn and Harold). They were polite, clean and treated our property with respect. I would enthusiastically recommend Brandon Heating to anyone.

We are in the midst of selling our house and our AC stopped.  They were out within an hour after my call and were able to fix it before a showing! Great service!!

I am a first time home owner, so when my wife and I woke up this morning to find our house without heat we were both very panicked.  Fortunately for me I stumbled upon Brandon Heating and Cooling.  The dispatcher was incredibly nice and flexible when it came to scheduling a service call (same-day).  The technician that was dispatched to my house  (Darren) was INCREDIBLE!!  I honestly cannot say I have ever had a more friendly technician dispatched to my residence EVER! For Anything!

During his visit it came up that my wife and I were first time home owners and that we did not really know much about our furnace.  Darren went above and beyond in explaining the ins and outs of the furnace, and how to properly maintain it to ensure we will be able to use it for years to come!  

I will NEVER call another company to deal with my furnace or air conditioning.  I can without doubt say that because of Darren, Brandon Heating and Cooling has made a customer for life.
