I have been to this location on numerous occasions. Usually out of there within a hour and a half Depending on what the doctor orders... I have always received top notch care regardless of my insurance coverage if any at all. The atmosphere is great for a hospital. The staff, nurses and doctors all have been genuine with great personalities and positive attitudes... They truly care about my health and treat me with dignity and respect. I give this place 5 stars because not only has their emergency care been accurate the hospitality is also a plus!! Thank you all that work or volunteer there you all are wonderful lively people that do a great job all around the board!!!

My daughter (3) fell and hit face first on our tile floor. She was bloodied up a bit, but I wanted her nose checked (it bled quite a bit) just to be safe. The staff was incredibly friendly, and didn't make me feel like I was just going overboard for bringing her in. From check in, to check out they were quick yet very thorough. And handled a sleepy, in pain toddler with a lot of care. I'm grateful for what was a better than expected trip to the ER/Urgent care.

At the time I went with my spouse to get her checked because she was feverish for a few days and after the diagnostics, it was determine a flu that was going around so the doctor recommended some over the counter pills, which worked, but here's the reason for the 2 stars. The reason for the two stars was that because we didn't pay the bill there at the time, or didn't go pay the bill at the hospital, or online, and my spouse and I, decided to pay the bill over the phone, my spouse, now has a debt collector on her, AFTER a few days, she called and paid for it. Then, a debt collector called her after few weeks saying she owes money to the hospital. Seriously? After the bill was paid off and now it was sent over to the debt collector. I looked through my transaction and found the date and how much it was paid. Seems like there's a lot of miscommunication here. Now, we have to go through the debt collector after some false documentation that was sent by them.

HORRIBLE !! I truly wish there was a 0 star option. I came to this hospital a couple month's ago and they were really slow at giving me result. My mother in law hurt her leg today so we decided to bring her here despite that they took forever last time. We gave them a 2nd chance anyways; Yet again they have failed to accommodate us. The hospital is small and no one hardly comes here, so i don't understand why they take so long. I've been to lot's of hospitals, bigger one's with way more patients and they took care if me, checked me, gave me results and prescribed me medicine. This hospital needs some improvements.

Waited 2 hours to get told the ultrasound results were still not back and the x ray showed nothing wrong with my foot....there us something wrong if your foot swell and hurts. I guess the nurses and doctors that work here get paid to sir around and talk and not take care of the people that are there for a problem. I would not recommend this er to anyone and will not go back there again.
