I love the store in general. There are lots of things there that are lower cost than you could buy in a regular store or online. However, we went there today and got no help from any associate. We walked around quite a while, but no one asked if we needed help. We were ready to buy something and had questions but no one was available. It seemed odd though that there were many Associates just standing around upstairs. I know that they are all working in different departments and have knowledge for those specific departments, but I lost a sale. Oh well. They didn't have the specific thing we were looking for anyway. At least that's what we think. We wouldn't know because no one was available. I would have rated them five stars, but like I said, no one was there to help.

Steve Stephens was super. He answered all questions with lots of knowledge and was helpful in finding the right products for all our needs. If we needed anything again in the future, we would definitely call him at BrandsMart.

My family have been loyal customers to Brands Mart for over two decades. We purchased a G.E. washing machine with a warranty and now we NEED A REPAIR, but it has not happen after 45 days of waiting for repair. I called for a service on the machine on Monday December 18, 2017 , I was given an appointment for January 6, 2018; I received no conformation phone call the day before service and even worse NO service technician the day of service. The next appointment was set for January 17, 2018; the tech showed up at our resident, diagnose the problem for less than 20 minutes and said he will put the order right away and it will take two to five days for the parts. He also stated, that the company are short of service techs... In my opinion that means very little when a company makes a appointment with the customer! After many calls to Brands Mart Service Dept. and Customer Service, I was told that the order went in on January 25, 2018, ALMOST 8 DAYS AFTER THE TECHNICIAN FINALLY CAME TO JUST LOOK AT MY MACHINE!!! We have been told that a manager will contact us, even though they have said that before and once a again they NEVER HOLD TRUE TO THEIR WORD, and once again WE ARE STILL WAITING !!! Today is the 45th day of not having a working machine. Can you imagine the irritation, stress and even money loss (having to go else where to wash) to be without a washing machine with a large family!!! The utter incompetence of the amount of "LOST" APPOINTMENTS and lack of common courtesy to even RETURN A CALL to rectify a problem that can be easily managed is deeply disheartening. Wow, I never would imagine that this would have happen to us from such a reputable company that we have purchased many products for our home and company. I will sadly NEVER buy from this company again because they proven to my family that no matter how many warranties you purchase with them or how FAITHFUL and PATIENT you are THEY WONT BE TO YOU!

Would have been a 5 star if I had not realized within the last 2-3 items I bought that their sales representatives are very dishonest. If you buy something online, you cannot opt to pay for cash in-store and so this last item (bought 2 days ago, Saturday 4/2/18) I went to the store because I a lot of cash in hand and not enough in my bank account and if I deposited cash on ATM it would probably hold my cash until the next business day. The sale was ending at 11:59pm that day and I certainly wanted that TV, for that price. Representatives on the floor all have the attitude of (I cannot believe I gotta be here and deal with all these people who do not want to pay double the price of items for me to get a 10k check this week), and usually there will be 100 people in the floor, 3-4 helping someone, 70 of them having fun among each other and 26-27 walking back and fourth with a tunnel vision. Exception to the people in the cashier department, who work well and assist their customers. Back to the problem, sales guy looked up my tv that i could not find the box on the floor myself and was ready to get my order going for almost 2.5x the price advertised on the website. I had the same issue with my last 2 items, laptop and a tablet, where I checked the prices in the store and they were priced higher than advertised on the newspaper and online. I cannot give them a lower rating than 4 stars because they do work very hard to provide LOW PRICES and that, they do deliver and if people are giving them 1 star because of terrible customer service, go else where and pay double, triple. I know I would miss the option to purchase at brandsmart if they were to shut down their stores.

I've purchased a number of items from BrandsMart and basically been pleased with them. Last week I purchased a cell phone for a friend of mine overseas. It was supposed to be unlocked but my friend could not open it when she received it. I called the department manager, Jonathan Ortega and he was extremely helpful said he would call the phone company right away and hopefully get an unlock code. The phone started working last night and he was able to give me the unlock code this morning.
