Rented ice houses through Jerry Brandt the last couple years.  Houses were clean and comfortable.  Someone came and checked on us at least once a day to see if we needed anything.  Will rent from him again.

Treats people like there garbage. Needed to work on my ice house got broke into. Took jerry over 2 months to get back to me and conversation started with "idk who took ur **** stuff it wasn't me" and I'm not responsible. 

Mind u everyone house wasn't even on the ice.
